My lesson program is aimed at beginners – adults and children alike – on safe, wonderful horses. I teach correct handling, safety, grooming and tacking up as a part of the lesson plan. I’ve been riding and enjoying horses since I was 7 years old, and have been an instructor for the past 5 years. Not long after I became involved as a volunteer in a Hippotherapy Program I obtained my Therapeutic Riding Instructor Certification (2004). I loved seeing the benefits that children reaped from horse riding – both mental and physical. Most of my current students are able bodied riders, but I still have one student with a few challenges.
